In July I decided to start a new sport Diving. So I searched a diving center in Madrid. One of the most prestigious and old here, and I started to learn the theorical and practice base to get the licence.Now I´ve got four inmersions in open waters. And sooner I will repeat it again for myself in the Indic Ocean, near Zanzibar island (Tanzania).
Diving is not so easy as it seems. You need to control all the time the preassure depending with the deep you want to dive in the sea.
You have to be concious about the dangers you´re involved diving. Be patient, don´t be nervous or try to go away the panic are pieces very important to control by yuorself.
A deeper review of your equipment, compress air bottle, regulator, fins, glasses, suit and jacket are neccesary and oblied before jumping from the boat to the water.
Other important task is controlling the floating and the deep, beacuse the increases or decreases in meters inside the water when you´re diving, is not a good tecnique and it affects to your health at the end.
Diving is a sport you can´t do it alone. You need a partner. And you and your partner must be always together, trying to help themselves in case of trouble or danger.
The aquatic life must be protected, not alterated or perturbed by divers. The fishes try to defend themselves with any attack did by divers, so please if you start to dive, don´t alterate the habitat. Try don´t touch anything.
Keep clean the water and the enviroment inside the sea. Don´t trow away your plastic bags, heavy metals and cigarettes or papers!!!.
