This add is about waterfalls. In several videos and pictures I want to show you some images I recorded in my brain and capturing with my digital camera, during my time visiting them few years ago.
IGUAZÚ: More than 100 jumps forms Iguazu waterfalls in the confluence between the border of Argentine and Brazil. Iguazú river borns in Sierra do Mar and it ends in the magic triangle of Paraná river that separates three countries: Argentine, Brazil and Paraguay. Three states and three villages: Foz de Iguazu, Puerto Iguazu and Ciudad del Este are the points to hostel and begining the route to visit the waterfalls from both sides, Brazilian and Argentine ones.
Iguazú is a National Park who shares parts of each country: Brazil and Argentine. There are important water jumps like La garganta del diablo and La cola de novia whose atract thousands of touristes and visitors every year. The best period to visit the falls is in summer time, during the months since November to February. In this season, the river goes down plenty of water who drops to the void in vertical, setting up a steam courtain 75 m above in the air.
Many mamals, reptiles, birds and insects live there. It's not strange seeing them, like the nasty coati, slow Overo lizards moving, colour tucans flying and king ants working in columns up to the trees.
The kind of forest is sub-tropical.
Iguazú was discovered by the Europeans in 1542 at first time. Álvaro Nuñez Cabeza de Vaca was the Spanish discoverer, and one of the jumps has got his name in his honor. Other jumps are Lanusse and Bosseti.
VICTORIA Falls: The biggest waterfall in Africa is Victoria one. There is located in the Zambeze river, border between Zambia and Zimbabwe state.
